Each session builds on the last, moving from understanding your patterns to actively changing them.
Session 1 – Understanding the Cycle Identifying the perfectionism–worry–self-doubt loop and how it shows up in your work and life.
Session 2 – What Drives You? Exploring core beliefs around achievement, approval, and worth. Uncovering the hidden "rules for living" that keep you stuck.
Session 3 – Challenging the Inner Critic Spotting self-critical thoughts and learning to respond differently — so they have less power over you.
Session 4 – Managing Worry & Overthinking Tools to reduce rumination and break the spiral. Moving from threat mode into clear-headed problem-solving.

Session 5 – Letting Go of People-Pleasing Understanding why you over-accommodate others — and learning to set boundaries without guilt or fallout.
Session 6 – Embracing Imperfection Reframing mistakes and "not good enough" moments so they build resilience rather than erode confidence.
Session 7 – Building Self-Worth From Within Practical ways to value yourself beyond performance, productivity, or what others think of you.
Session 8 – Thriving Without the Pressure Bringing it all together — your personal toolkit and action plan for lasting, sustainable change.
The Performance & Wellbeing Review
At the midpoint of the programme, we pause and take stock — not just of your symptoms, but of your whole picture.
This structured session looks at:
What's improved — and what's driving that change
- What's still costing you energy — patterns or situations that need more attention
- What you're still avoiding — and whether that's getting in the way
- Which habits are helping — so we double down on what's working
- Which habits are hurting — and what to do about them
Think of it as a business review for your mind. Clear, honest, and focused on what actually moves the needle.

- Bitesize presentation recordings — revisit key insights and exercises between sessions, at your own pace
- Personalised relapse prevention plan — built with you in the final session so progress sticks

- 30-minute follow-up call — a check-in after the programme to see how you're doing and offer further guidance if needed
